We respect your confidentiality and our parcels are always discretely packaged. All orders are packaged in plain packaging.
All our tests are shipped by standard Royal Mail First Class Parcel Service, unless your select 1st class recorded or express delivery.
All our outer packaging is discreet brown padded jiffy packs or parcels with no company advertising or logo's
We aim to get your order into the next royal mail collection available after you order is received. This is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 2 and 5 working days for delivery. If your order is time critical please select to the "Express delivery" product option as a basket item prior to check out.
Larger orders may be sent by recorded delivery ,courier or special delivery.
Orders not received within 7 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number.
Most of our larger packs require a signature at Delivery.
Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will recieve all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us

Royal mail 1st Class Parcel UK Dispatch into the next available Royal Mail collection and delivered in 1-3 working days (95%) This option is Free on many items. On other items the postage is calculated on weight up to a maximum of £2.95
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Parcel UK Dispatch into the next available Royal Mail collection with delivery in 1-3 working days. Trackable & insured with signature POD. The postage is calculated on weight up to a maximum of £4.99
Express Delivery UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery service .Priority packing and dispatch of order into the next available Royal Mail collection for following working day UK mainland delivery before 1pm (post code restrictions apply. please see www.royalmail.com for restrictions and further details) The postage is calculated on weight up to a maximum of £6.95
Airsure all our international orders are shipped by Airsure priority service or international courier. The postage is calculated on weight up to a maximum of £12.99

| Our Service Standards..
We aim to get your order into the next available collection available after you order is received however this does not guarantee next day delivery.If you require the goods urgently please select one of our express delivery options at the checkout.
Orders not received within 7 days for UK and 14 days for international delivery should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number.
Many of our larger packs require a signature at delivery. Where a "signed for" service is used, we will e-mail the parcel reference number to you upon request.
