When you place an order

When you place an order on this site you will be asked to provide certain information that we require to fulfill your order such as your contact details – name, email, invoice address, delivery address and phone number. We will use this data to process and deliver your order.

If you set up an account when you place your order your information will also provide you access to account information, your order history on this site and will make purchasing products quicker & easier for you in future. You do not have to set up an account on this website to place an order.

What personal information is collected?

Access Diagnostic tests UK Ltd takes the privacy of our customers very seriously. All information provided by you is kept confidential and is never given to anyone else unrelated to the processing of your order or collection of feedback. We collect your name, invoice & shipping address and telephone number (either landline or mobile )when you order from our site. Your credit card information is not held on our site and is processed securely offsite. See payment information below.

Payment information

Our payment systems are secure and comply with current data protection regulations. You can pay using either Paypal Express Checkout or Stripe. The information that you provide to the payment company will be processed securely and in accordance with current UK & EU data protection regulations.

Your contact information

We do not e-mail you unless it is to do with your order, or you have opted in to receive e-mails from us, and we do not sell your information to anyone else.
You will receive an e-mail when you place your order confirming receipt of the order and another one when your order is dispatched. You may also receive a thank you e-mail from us with our customer services contact information. We may also need to e-mail you regarding your order or in response to an enquiry from you.
You will then receive an e-mail approximately  7 days later from our reviews collection service asking you to leave a review. You can leave the review anonymously. The review collection company process your data in accordance with current data protection regulations and will not distribute your information to third parties.

We do not sell or distribute our e-mail lists to third parties.

Texts

If you do not enter an e-mail address when you place your order all correspondence regarding your order will be sent by SMS text message, if you have given a mobile phone number

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

If you fill in a contact form or send us an e-mail that contact is kept for up to 12 months and after that time is deleted unless it is related to a subsequent quote or order in which case it may be retained for longer.

We do not send you any marketing information about our own products and services unless you have opted in for us to do so, or you have subscribed to our newsletter, and we will not sell your information to anyone else. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Our premises are secure and our computers are password protected. We have made sure that the companies that we use for delivery, payment processing and review collection will also protect your data.
